About me
I help explain products, services and processes clearly.
My name is Konrad. I create spokesperson videos, tutorials, SaaS product walkthroughs and video materials for companies and individual clients.
Since 2017, I have worked with support, product and educational content for the SaaS industry. I also have years of customer support experience, including work as a helpdesk supervisor, so I understand where users get stuck and what kind of explanations they actually need.
That experience helps me create videos that are not only clean visually, but also guide the viewer through a product, feature or process clearly: from script, through recording, to the final edit.
I record in Polish and in English. In English videos, I speak naturally with a light Central European accent.
